Easter Brunch
It's been awhile since the last post but it's also been awhile since our last formal get-together. This year we're breaking from tradition, throwing caution to the wind, celebrating the resurrection in true style...actually, we're just getting together in a new location.
Deb and Andy invite everyone to their house this Easter Sunday, April 12. Please bring food around 11:30 a.m. and we'll try to eat by NOON.
Tentative Brunch Menu:
Deviled Eggs
French Toast Casserole
Potato Dish
Fruit Salad
Strada (Ann)
Ham &/or Roast Beef
Quiche
Easter Bread
Spinach & Strawberry Salad
Assorted Breads, Goodies
Mamosas
The above menu is tentative. Please let Deb know what you would like to bring. Feel free to offer other menu options.

Blackley Christmas 2008
Mike and Denise have graciously agreed to open their large and lovely home to the Blackley horde (~45) once again this Saturday, December 27 at 3 p.m. for appetizers, buffet dinner at 4:30. Families are asked to bring the usual "accessories", pop/wine/beer to drink and an appetizer and/or dessert.

Ann: punch bowl & punch, Swedish meatballs, a delicious broccoli dish

Hello from Molly
Hi Family!
I hope everyone had a nice weekend! I was just checking the blog so I thought I would say hello. If you would like to read my blog here is the link. I try to update every few days. Mostly I write about what I am cooking and things I am interested in. There are also links to my favorite blogs (including this one!) Enjoy!

Briefly Blackley 101
Since you already know how to log-in and post your entries, I thought we should go over some, probably unnecessary, ground rules. Just the obvious:
- Don't cuss like a sailor or talk negatively about one another, unless it's in good fun.
- Feel free to post videos, pictures and funny stories along with an update.
- If no one has posted for over a week and you just so happen to be looking at the blog, guess what, it's your turn. Congratulations!
- No grammar Nazis allowed. Just try to minimize abbreviations (i.e. lol, ur, ttyl) and let's not forget that spell check is a click of a button.
That's it! Get blogging.
